Shipping policy

  At Depot Pump & Supply, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.   Please review the shipping information below to understand how orders are handled and delivered.

Standard Shipping (Non-Freight Items)

  Standard shipping is available for eligible items within the continental United States.   We ship standard orders using UPS and USPS.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days
  • Shipping rates for standard items are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package size, and destination. 
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

  Please note that delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.


🚚 Freight Shipping (Palletized Items)

  Certain oversized or heavy items ship via palletized freight and require special handling.   These items are clearly marked as freight items on the product page.

  Freight shipping costs are not calculated at checkout.

  If a freight item is purchased, all items in the order will ship together via freight.   If you would like non-freight items to ship separately using standard shipping, please remove the freight item   from your cart and place it as a separate order.

  After checkout, our team will contact you with an exact freight quote based on your delivery location   and requirements. Freight costs may vary depending on factors such as:

  •  Residential vs. commercial delivery 
  • Liftgate requirements 
  • Delivery appointments or limited-access locations

  Freight shipments are delivered curbside unless otherwise arranged.   Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for freight delivery.

Freight Delivery Inspection

  Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments at the time of delivery.   Any visible damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.   Failure to note damage at delivery may limit our ability to assist with freight claims.


Order Changes, Cancellations & Delays

  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. 
  • If an order is canceled after shipment, the customer is responsible for all shipping and return freight costs. 
  • Restocking fees may apply in accordance with our Return Policy.

  Depot Pump & Supply is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
