Return Policy
At Depot Pump & Supply, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a package or item that is not in satisfactory condition, please reject the delivery if possible. Return Eligibility:
1. Return Authorization (RA):
◦ To return an item, you must first request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us at CustomerServ@depotpump.com.◦ Once you receive the RA, write it clearly on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original invoice inside. Returns without an RA will be rejected.
2. Condition of Returned Items:
◦ All returned items must be in new and resalable condition, free of contamination or damage, and securely packaged.◦ Used, damaged, improperly packaged, or contaminated items will not be accepted.
◦ Returned items requiring cleanup or rework will be refused and or not returned to customer.
◦ There will be no returns on used filter cartridges.
3. Return Shipping:
◦ Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping, and should use a traceable and insured shipping method. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.◦ If an order is canceled after shipment, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Restocking Fee:
◦ All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee or a minimum fee of $24.95, whichever is greater.◦ Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Return Timeframe:
◦ Once issued, the RA is valid for 14 days. Returned items must arrive within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.6. Warranty Returns:
◦ Warranty returns are subject to manufacturer approval and are limited to items installed or handled per manufacturer guidelines. Reverse Osmosis Tank Maintenance and Accessories:
A tank shut-off valve is necessary to connect the tank to your reverse osmosis system and control the flow of water into and out of the tank. The valve is also essential for performing system service or maintenance. If your RO system uses 1/4" OD tubing to connect to the tank, select the LFPP4VFE4 valve. If your system uses 3/8" OD tubing select the PP6VFE4-MG valve.
For optimal performance, it is necessary to keep a pre-charge of approximately 7 psi in your tank. Most automotive tire pressure gauges either do not read below 10 psi, or are not very accurate at pressures this low. 54846 Tank Pressure Gauge reads pressures between 0 and 20 psi, making it perfect for RO tank maintenance.
The RO tank should be sanitized before initial use and during every filter change. The Reverse Osmosis Sanitizing Maintenance Kit features Sani-System, an EPA & NSF certified sanitizer, making it a great alternative to using chlorine bleach. The kit also includes a syringe for application of the sanitizer.
